Commission Hearing Room 2115, Dobbs Building, 430 North Salisbury Street

In addition, the Commission has scheduled an evidentiary hearing for 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 20, 2017, to hear expert witness testimony from Carolina Water, the Public Staff – North Carolina Utilities Commission, and any other parties to the proceeding. That hearing will be held in Commission Hearing Room 2115, Dobbs Building, 430 North Salisbury Street. Customers who cannot attend any of the first six public hearings may testify at the September 20 hearing in Raleigh.  Representatives of Carolina Water are required to appear at the September 20 hearing to testify about the proposed price changes. Representatives of the Public Staff – North Carolina Utilities Commission are expected to testify on behalf of consumers, and other parties might testify as well.
